Terms of service

This document is undergoing legal review and may be updated. Last updated 23 July 2026.

Agreement

These terms govern use of tesuvi.com and the Tesuvi application. By using the service you accept them. Entity and governing-law details will be added here as part of the legal review noted above; until then, questions about these terms go to contact@tesuvi.com.

The service

Tesuvi is audit software for pharma and biotech quality teams: audit planning, document requests and collection through a controlled portal, fieldwork notes, findings, report generation and export, messaging and notifications, with an append-only audit trail.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content or malware, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with other customers' use of the service.

Customer content

Customers own their content. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, displaying and processing content for the audits you run. Our commitments on AI and customer data are in the privacy policy: we do not train shared models on customer content by default.

AI-assisted features

AI features in Tesuvi produce drafts and suggestions for human review. They do not make audit decisions, and outputs must be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied on. Customers remain responsible for their audit conclusions and regulatory obligations, and are responsible for validating the service for their own intended use.

Availability and support

Tesuvi is an early-stage product. We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not yet offer a formal service-level agreement. Support is available at contact@tesuvi.com.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that use of Tesuvi ensures compliance with any law or regulation, and nothing in the service is legal or regulatory advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination of a customer agreement, content handling follows that agreement and the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product and our legal review progress; the date above will change when we do. Governing law and venue will be specified on completion of the legal review.
